Our range of email solutions are hosted on state-of-the-art email server platforms designed by our team of software engineers. We have both software engineers and technicians on standby 24/7/365 should any problems arise to ensure timely resolutions. By making use of different geographically located datacenters and premium bandwidth for hosting, downtime is minimized when major outages occur allowing our clients to experience a fast, reliable and always-on service.
Free basic anti-virus and spam scanning is provided apon request for both "Bulk Mailbox Hosting" and "Bulk Relaying" options, this service is similar to the free service provided by other ISP's and organizations. Should one however require a premium service with dedicated engineers working round the clock to make sure you get what you pay for, we advise making use of the "Premium Anti-Virus/Spam" service.
Configuration of services can be done through a skeleton control panel or integrated into ones inhouse management system using our SOAP API which directly interfaces our backend.

With the growing demand on ISP's for larger mailboxes, fast access times, premium services, stable webmail facilities and reliable service, the cost and expertise required to provide a comprehensive mail hosting infrastructure to fufill all these needs can become unreasonable and force one to make sacrifices.
As one of our mainstream services we offer "Bulk Mailbox Hosting", an unbranded service which fufills all the above requirements and provides a few extras.
Bulk Relaying
Aimed at organizations hosting their own mailboxes, we offer bulk relaying of email. Combined with the Premium Anti-Virus/Spam scanning service, provides a bullet-proof solution protecting a network from the large amount of traffic spammers cause by their mail runs and spamming attepmts.
Premium Email Services
To add extra value to the basic service we provide, a wide range of premium extras are available.
Anti-Virus/Spam
Premium anti-virus/spam scanning includes the use of DNS RBL's and advanced Spam detection techniques. Users with this service activated may also report Spam evading detection to our abuse department.
Premium Policy
The Premium Policy service allows users with mailboxes hosted on our network to customize their anti-virus/spam settings to suit their needs, either by making it more agressive, less agressive or enabling and disabling features.
Premium SMTP
Premium SMTP allows users with mailboxes hosted on our network to use our high-performance SMTP servers as their outgoing SMTP server. This service also allows users to track all email being delivered to their account, being sent out and blocked due to anti-virus/spam measures. Users are provided an interface to access their email traffic logs.
IMAP Access
For users on the move or who require their mailbox and folders be hosted on a stable platform backed up every day we offer the IMAP Access service. Unlike POP3 which downloads the message off our network and removes it, IMAP allows the mailbox itself including the folders to be hosted on our network, when a mail client logs in to check for new mail it requests only the details required. Only when the message is opened is the message downloaded.
This option is attractive for mobile users as it allows them to view mails in their mailbox without having to download the message to the physical device, whether you check your mail from webmail, your PC or your phone the mailbox and folders will remain just how you left them.
